How We Rate Our Used Gear

• Like New This is the closest you can get to buying a brand-new product. Equipment in this category has typically been used for in-house demo purposes only or was unboxed and returned immediately. The product is in pristine, "Like New" condition with absolutely no visible signs of wear and tear. These items generally include the full original manufacturer packaging, manuals, and all standard accessories.

• Excellent A fantastic balance of price and condition. These products have been used but were incredibly well cared for by their previous owners, showing only very minor cosmetic wear and tear that is appropriate for the item's age. The equipment functions flawlessly. Please note that products in this category may not include the full original packaging, and some non-essential accessories might be missing.

• Good The industry standard for working professionals. Equipment in this tier has seen regular use and exhibits moderate cosmetic wear and tear (such as light scuffs or marks on the body) that is completely normal for its age. Despite the cosmetic signs of use, the internal mechanics and optics are in perfect working order. The product will likely not include original packaging, and some accessories might be missing.
